Punk Badges do not however give any guarantee that it is complete or suitable for specific purposes. The information provided on the web site is used at the user’s sole risk.
Punk Badges are the owners of all the graphics and images used on the Punk Badges web site. Third parties are not allowed to use and apply any of the images, logos and identifying marks.
We confirm that we will deal with your personal details securely and responsibly. Therefore we should like to inform you that your personal details are stored in automated files and will be processed and used accordingly to process your order in compliance with the national and international data protection regulations in force. Punk Badges do not require you to enter any personal details in order to use the web site. This means that the web site can be called up without the need to register first.
Punk Badges guarantee that your details will be kept confidential. Punk Badges do not intend either now or in the future to sell, pass on or market personal details to third parties.
We strive to dispatch all completed orders within a maximum of 5 working days.

Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.
Returned goods will be exchanged or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).
The same conditions apply to sale goods.
*Please note – mark returned packages as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ – this helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.
